Alice Langton's Sauces was founded in 1983 by Myrna Apperly, one-time Owner/Chef of Evans & Apperly's Paddington Kitchen in Sydney .
Since then the company has grown steadily and owes its longevity to a quality range and a loyal clientele.

Today, Alice Langton's Sauces is a well-known and trusted brand in Australia . It is still very much a family business operated by Doug & Ann George.
In 1988 Alice Langton's Sauces was very proud their product was one of only six chosen to represent the Victorian Food Manufacturers on the Wine and Brandy Producers Stand at the Brisbane World Expo, where it received wide acclaim.

Still handmade the old fashioned way Alice Langton's Sauces makes Real Chocolate Sauce, superb Fresh Fruit Sauces and delicious and spicy Savoury Sauces – top quality products – at the best possible price.
Only the very best quality ingredients are used – French liqueurs from the houses of Cointreau, Grand Marnier and Marie Brizard; Swiss or Belgian chocolate couverture; rich Cocoa powder -– high in cocoa butter content; pure, clean, Australian sugar, fresh dairy cream and butter; corn syrup from the USA and fresh Australian sun ripened, fruit.
